Changes

• New illustrated French and English screens for errors 401,403,404,429,500,502,503,504 and failed offline reads.
• Unknown routes, React crashes and access guards use the new screens; the four main Studies, Clients, Samples and Reagents reads show known HTTP errors without treating SQL codes as HTTP errors.
• A read-error screen closes without replaying the action, preserves the page and drafts, ignores stale responses, and leaves session locking with keyboard priority.
• New sign-in layout: Otto illustration, form and QR on the left, top-left logo, plus a mobile contrast layer for error messages.

Known limitations

• Automatic read-error screens cover the four main lists; QR polling, auxiliary reads and mutations retain their existing flows.
• The offline screen follows an actual failed read; a connectivity change alone does not trigger it.
• The demonstration gallery does not prove a provider connection or real QR pairing; this release does not change authentication contracts or activate DocuSign.
