Changes

• Draft adaptations can describe a structured final protocol, converted into operations and checked by the same engine as the editor.
• When redefining an interactive table, its rows must be supplied explicitly: omissions are rejected rather than emptying the table.
• Variable checks recognise expressions and quantity formulas; newly added empty steps are detected after moving or renaming.
• Requests combining protocol adaptation and result consultation retain reading tools and can continue the response after a proposal.
• Superseded reads are reduced in useful context; the complete conversation record is retained.

Known limitations

• New AI preparation, review and summarization phases are not enabled. The existing main model and context and output limits are retained.
• Changes remain draft proposals requiring human confirmation. Published protocols and signed evidence are not rewritten.
• Local tests verify deterministic controls and the API/database workflow with a simulated model. No new paid provider test or general guarantee of scientific quality is claimed.
