• Receipt rows preserve distinct lots and source files without implicit merging.
• The receiving form uses the extracted information and stays editable before confirmation.
• Confirmed receipts use the existing lot and stock-movement workflow without an additional inventory import.
• Before an Otto import, choose a language and add instructions; file names stay visible and starting is acknowledged only after acceptance.
• Protocol imports show ongoing parameter preparation and elapsed time without retaining a stale percentage.
• An administrator may exceptionally approve their own version after a warning, explicit reason and personal signature; the exception is identified in the history.

Known limitations

• Ambiguous matches require your choice; missing information remains blank.
• Package counts are entered separately from material quantities.
• Review the extraction before confirming; no item is received automatically.
• Exceptional approval is restricted to authorised administrators and does not constitute an independent signature.
