Changes

• Lab workflows brings together incoming items, materials, experiments and quality points using the team data the user can access.
• Two separate dashboard widgets are available: Lab workflows and Otto suggestions.
• Records, previews and edit links lead to the native business screens; suggestions send a question to Otto only after an explicit click.
• Otto selects tools relevant to the request domain: protocols, stock, sessions or research.
• Requests spanning several domains retain the relevant tools; unrecognised requests retain the full catalogue.
• After a simple protocol modification has been verified and its proposal recorded, Otto presents it directly without an additional model summary call.

Known limitations

• The workflow view is a snapshot loaded when opened or retried; it is not a real-time feed.
• Actual latency depends on the model, context and required tools; response times are not guaranteed.
• Server permissions, mandatory reads and human validation remain enforced.
• This release adds no Internet search, AI provider or previously missing business tools.
